The mess dinner is for active-duty or honorably-retired first responders. This is not an event for dates who are not in the first responder community. When registering for the event, you will be required to enter complete contact information for verification. 

The dinner is at the Holiday Inn Hotel Salem, 3301 Market Street Northeast, Salem, Oregon. 

Social hour at 1730 hours; dinner served promptly at 1830 hours.
